My stay at the hotel was delightful. The room, although not the one we booked, was great, very comfortable, and cozy. Everything was spotlessly clean, and I couldn't fault anything during our entire stay. The service was exceptional, with the staff being exceptionally friendly and helpful in arranging trips and transfers. The location was convenient for exploring Swakopmund, even though it was behind a building blocking the sea view. The dining experience was superb in accommodating our dietary needs, and the facilities offered were very special.
